This program combines our beginner course designed by Registered Dietitians, Certified Person Trainers And Yoga Teachers and small group fitness sessions!
Includes access to all Nuleeu resources, database and mobile app along with full access to the Nuleeu Fundamental Online course!

week 2: nutrition 101
week 3: fitness fundamentals
weeks 4: mindfulness
each week has videos, reading materials, activities and more to help you learn!
Also includes 8, small group training sessions. Sessions are limited to 5 people, and meet twice a week
